Core 360 Building Solutions Co. was founded in January 2026 by engineers, designers and finance professionals who saw how hard building can be for owners: many contacts, unclear costs, and permits that seem to take forever. We bring it all together in one team with one clear process.
Our team includes trained disaster responders, so we design with safety and resilience in mind.

FAQ
Questions clients often ask.
How long does a building permit take?
Once all documents are complete, processing time depends mostly on the government office’s speed. In nearby municipalities it usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. In larger cities like Dumaguete, it can take a few months. You can follow every stage on your client portal, so you always know where your permit is.
What documents do I need to prepare?
A certified true copy of the land title (TCT), the tax declaration, and the current real property tax receipt, 2 copies each, plus a contract of lease if the lot is leased. We prepare the plans, forms and the rest.
I already have plans. Can you process only the permit?
Yes. With our Permit only package, we first review your plans for completeness and code compliance, then handle the permit from filing to release.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the size and scope of your project. We start with a free consultation and send a clear quotation once the floor plan is approved. Government permit fees are separate and paid directly to the city based on the official order of payment.
How will I know the status of my project?
Every Core 360 client gets access to our client portal, showing each stage of their design and permits, what we need from them, and updates from our team.
Who signs and seals the plans?
All plans are signed and sealed by licensed professionals: our licensed civil engineer for structural plans, and partner architects and electrical, sanitary and mechanical engineers for the rest.
Do you also build?
Yes. We handle private residential and commercial construction, project management, and owner’s representative inspection.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Dumaguete City and serve clients across Negros Oriental and nearby provinces.
